Installation of fast charging stations on Slovak motorways

The State Programme for the Development of Electromobility in Slovakia regulates the installation of fast charging stations on Slovak motorways. This will allow owners of electric cars to travel more comfortably around the country and owners of petrol stations to increase the number of customers.

Our company UGV Chargers offers several fast charging stations in different configurations from 40 to 240 kW, with 2,3,4 ports.

What are the advantages:

This ensures that drivers do not have to worry about their battery not being enough for the journey and gives them more freedom to plan their routes.

Reducing range anxiety and range anxiety: The presence of fast charging stations on motorways reduces drivers’ range anxiety. With fast charging, drivers can travel long distances without worrying about running out of power.
Promoting long journeys and tourism: The presence of fast charging stations on motorways promotes tourism and long journeys using electric vehicles. Drivers can conveniently travel longer distances without the need to plan stops for long battery recharging.

Economic benefits for local areas and businesses: Fast charging stations on motorways can attract more drivers to local areas, which means more customers for local businesses such as restaurants, shops and other services.

Reducing greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions: Encouraging electric vehicles traveling on highways helps reduce overall greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions in high-traffic locations, which has a positive impact on the environment and air quality.
