FUNCTIONALITY OF THE PERSONAL ACCOUNT OF CUSTOMERS OF THE UGV CHARGERS NETWORK – FOR COMFORTABLE AND FAST CHARGING OF AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE

In the UGV Chargers customer service, a convenient Personal Cabinet has been created for comfortable and fast charging of electric vehicles.

Clients of the UGV Chargers network can go to their Personal account both through the application and through the website, and see all the information about the charging session.

The following functionality is available in the Personal account:

  • a mobile wallet for paying for sessions
  • statistics for all charging sessions
  • receiving notifications about the charging session status
  • accumulation of bonuses
  • search for stations on the map
  • drawing up routes to the selected station
  • conducting a charging session
  • possibility to reserve a station
